微量元素铜对奶牛泌乳性能的效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究微量元素铜对奶牛泌乳性能的影响效果,选择年龄、胎次、体重及泌乳期均接近的健康中国荷斯坦泌乳奶牛24头,随机分组。应用对比饲养试验,添加不同量的微量元素铜:试验Ⅰ组饲料中含铜6 mg/kg,试验Ⅱ组含铜10 mg/kg,试验Ⅲ含铜12 mg/kg,观测泌乳期奶牛产奶性能和主要乳成分的变化。结果表明:在日粮中添加微量元素铜,不影响奶牛的采食量;试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组奶牛在试验期的平均日产奶量分别为23.95 kg、27.56 kg和26.92 kg,与对照组的22.62 kg相比,平均每头每天多产奶1.33 kg、4.94 kg和4.31 kg,试验Ⅰ组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),产奶量分别提高了21.84%和19.03%,且牛奶的乳脂率和干物质含量并未降低,经济效益显著。 In order to study the effect of trace element copper on performance of dairy cattle, 24 healthy Chinese Holstein Cow with the same age, parity, bodyweight and lactation period were divided randomly. There were the same net energy for lactating cow, crude protein, calcium and available phosphorush. Additive contents of copper were as follow: 6 mg/kg in test group Ⅰ ,10 mg/kg in test group Ⅱ and 12 mg/kg in test group Ⅲ. The changes of lactation dairy performance and major composition of the milk were observed. The results showed that different amounts of copper in the diet did not effect the dairy intake. Compared with the control group, the average daily milks of the test group Ⅰ , test group Ⅱ, test group Ⅲ increased 1.33 kg, 4.94 kg and 4.31 kg, respectively. The difference between test group Ⅰ and control group was not significant (P〉0.05). The milk performance of group Ⅱ and group m respectively increased by 21.84%(P〈0.05) , 19.03%(P〈0.05, However, The percentage of milk fat and the content of dry matter were not reduced.
