摘要
本文针对国内某超低头板坯连铸机使用的两种喷嘴进行了冷态和热态性能的测定,获得了这两种喷嘴的水流密度分布特性和传热系数的函数关系式。为进一步研究二冷传热机理和设计合理的二冷给水制度以及喷嘴最佳布置方式打下了基础。
WenIn the paper , the cold state and hot state characteristics of two kinds of nozzles used at Super Low Head Continuous Caster were measured. Jet water density distribution and heat transfer coefficient formula of the two kinds of nozzles were obtained .The research results laid a foundation for further optimizing secondary cooling system and arranging form of nozzles.
