摘要
聚酰亚胺(PI)/无机纳米复合材料是一种性能优异的新型复合材料。本文概述了聚酰亚胺(PI)/无机纳米复合材料的制备方法,介绍了近几年来不同类型的聚酰亚胺(PI)/无机纳米复合材料的研究现状及在覆铜板上的应用,并对其发展进行了展望。
Polyimide（PI）/inorganic nanocomposite material is a new type of composite with good properities.In this paper, the preparation,property and application of polyimide/inorganic nanocomposite is introduced according to recent researches.In addition,the development tendency of polyimide/inorganic nanocomposite is also predicted.
