摘要 背景:窝沟封闭可预防年轻恒磨牙窝沟龋,窝沟封闭剂材料的生物相容性是获得良好治疗效果的关键。目的:评价GcFujiⅡ玻璃离子材料结合窝沟釉质成形封闭术预防龋病的临床效果。设计、时间及地点:随机对照观察,于2006—02/2008—02在右江民族医学院附属医院口腔科门诊完成。对象及材料:从百色市3所小学中选出120名6~8岁儿童460颗健康的第一恒磨牙作为观察对象。窝沟封闭剂为日本GC公司GcFujiⅡ玻璃离子材料。方法:120名儿童460颗健康第一恒磨牙随机分为3组:①窝沟釉质成形封闭组:40名156颗牙,应用GcFujiⅡ玻璃离子材料结合窝沟釉质形成术进行窝沟封闭。②普通窝沟封闭组:40名157颗牙,应用GcFujiⅡ玻璃离子材料结合普通窝沟封闭术进行窝沟封闭。③空白对照组:40名147颗牙,不作任何处理。主要观察指标:治疗后1,2,3年复查,记录窝沟釉质成形封闭组和普通窝沟封闭组封闭剂保留情况及3组龋病发生率。结果:3年合计失访22名,51颗牙。窝沟釉质成形封闭组治疗后1,2,3年复查时封闭剂的保留率高于普通窝沟封闭组(P〈0.01),两组的龋病发生率均低于空白对照组(P〈0.01),窝沟釉质成形封闭组治疗后3年的龋病发生率低于普通窝沟封闭组(P〈0.05)。结论:GcFujiⅡ玻璃离子是一种可靠的窝沟封闭剂,在临床应用时采用窝沟釉质成形封闭的效果优于传统普通封闭术。 BACKGROUND: The pit and fissure sealant can prevent the progression of caries in accessional teeth, and the biocompatibility of pit and fissure sealants plays an important role in the prevention of caries. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical effect of GcFujiⅡ glass ionomer cement in pit and fissure enameloplasty sealant technique (EST). DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: The randomized controlled trial was completed in the Department of Stomatology at the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities between February 2006 and February 2008. MATERIALS: Totally 120 six-to-eight years old children with 460 healthy first permanent molars were selected from three primary schools of Baise city. GcFujiⅡ glass ionomer cement was produced in Japan. METHODS: The 120 children with 460 healthy first permanent molars were divided into three groups. Forty children with 156 teeth were processed into the GcFujiⅡ glass ionomer cement in combination with pit and fissure EST, taken as EST group; Forty children with 157 teeth received the GcFujiⅡ glass ionomer cement and conventional sealant technique (CST), taken as CST group; Another 40 children with 147 teeth received no treatment, serving as blank control group. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The incidences of sealant preservation and caries were compared between the EST and CST groups after 1,2 and 3 years recheck. RESULTS: There were 22 children, totally 55 teeth, lost in the follow-ups. The rate of sealant reservation of the EST group was significantly higher than that of the CST groups in the first, second and third years (P 〈 0.01). There were significant differences in the caries prevalence rate between the EST and CST groups in the third years (P 〈 0.05), which were both lower than that of the blank control group (P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION: GcFujiⅡ glass ionomer cement is a reliable fissure sealant, and EST is better than CST in clinical application.
