摘要
本文研究了板料成形模拟中减速系数选取和压边圈简化模型,编制了相应的有限元数值模拟程序SPID。并模拟研究了筒形件拉深过程中板厚变化规律及摩擦系数的影响,计算结果与试验值比较吻合,表明该分析程序的可靠性。
In this paper, we studied how to select the deceleration coefficient and how to simplify the blank holder model in the simulation of the sheet metal metal forming process. A corresponding finite-element numerical simulation program called SPID was worked out, and also the influence of the friction coefficient as well as the changes of wall-thickness in the cup drawing process was discussed. The results of calculation were rather identical with the values of experiment, which showed the reliability of the analytical program.
