摘要
以酚试剂分光光度法测定室内空气中甲醛为例,从采样系统、检测系统和结果评价系统等3个方面阐述了实验室内部质量控制的要求,为检测部门保证检测结果的准确、可靠提供技术管理手段和方法。
To take the example of spectrophotometric determination of formaldehyde in indoor air using phenol reagent, the article illustrates the requirements for laboratory＇s internal quality control from three aspects： sampling system, detection system and results evaluation system to provide technical and management methods for the inspection departments to assure the accuracy and reliability of the results.
