激素治疗与女性心血管问题

摘要 妇女在围绝经期或其后，由于卵巢功能逐渐衰退或丧失，雌激素水平下降，引起一系列以植物神经功能紊乱、代谢障碍为主的症候群。临床观察发现，绝经后妇女心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率大幅度上升，应用激素治疗（HT）可不同程度改善女性围绝经期症状，从而改善绝经后妇女的生存质量，但目前临床上关于HT对绝经后妇女心血管疾病的影响尚有争议。
