摘要
介绍了江苏油田W2断块油井结垢原因及防垢机理,并针对W2断块油井结垢现状,通过匹配性实验、静态防垢率实验、动态环路实验和动态岩心驱替实验对国内外四种防垢剂进行筛选评价,并与防腐剂进行复配实验研究,确定廉价高效的防垢剂配方。采用井下挤注工艺技术进行现场试验表明,该技术具有防垢增油、延长检泵周期的效果。
This paper describes the mechanisms of scale formation in W2 - block of Jiangsu Oilfield and the methods for scale control using down-hole inhibitor squeeze treatment. Experimental study has been conducted for selection of scale inhibitors in terms of chemical compatibility, efficiency of scale inhibition, and good adsorption and desorption characteristics for long squeeze life. The process for field application of the squeeze treatment has been designed, and the field trial results indicate that the squeeze technique is effective for scale control in oil production wells, with increasing production rate and prolonged pump inspection cycle.
