摘要
交易费用是制度运行的成本。当今社会的制度在信用水平、政治法律体制和环境问题方面造成大量不必要的交易成本,降低了人们的福利水平。我们所要建设的社会主义和谐社会重新进行的制度设计,能够改进上述三方面的制度缺陷,减少交易费用,提高整个社会的福利水平,这从交易费用角度体现了我们建设社会主义和谐社会的必要性。
Transaction cost can be called institution cost. In today＇s society, the credit level, the regime of politics and law and the problems of environment have given rise to abundant unnecessary transaction costs which lower people＇s welfare level. However, the harmonious society we are now constructing will redesign institutions, decrease transaction costs and advance the welfare level of the whole society, which argues the necessity of setting up harmonious society.
