摘要
描述了人工神经网络和模糊推理系统的基本原理,分析了基于人工神经网络和模糊推理方法的故障诊断专家系统的设计思想,提出了一种人工神经网络和模糊推理技术相结合的故障诊断方法——模糊神经网络法.人工神经网络通过对部分测量数据的处理,输出故障出现的可信度,实现系统的故障诊断.模糊推理部分通过对输入输出的模糊表示,结合神经网络的推理,给出故障的程度,实现故障诊断.
This paper describes the basic principles of artificial neural network (ANN) and fuzzy reasoning system, analyzes the design ideas of the fault diagnosis expert system based on artificial neural network and fuzzy reasoning system, and works out combined fault diagnosis method of ANN and fuzzy reasoning technology: fuzzy neural network method, in which ANN produces the reliability of fault emergence by processing part of the measured data so as to realize fault diagnosis of the system, while the fuzzy reasoning part presents the degree of faults by fuzzily expressing input and output and combining fuzzy neural reasoning to realize fault diagnosis.
