摘要
分析了TP拉链机轨道、车轮、料斗磨损,TP拉链机跑偏,TP拉链机过载保护的不足,TP拉链机车轮轴承不能满足使用要求等问题发生的原因,提出了相应的改进方案。通过对方案的实施,取得了良好的效果。
Reasons of appearing prodlems were analyzed. The problems were that thack and wheel and hopper were worn, TP hanlage chain machion was rualng off, overload protection was insufficient, bearing of wheel was not conformable to use demand.Therefore, improvement schemes were put forward. Implement of the schemes indicate that effects were good.
