摘要
基于红外热成像技术的非接触、直观的特点,利用Fluke的Ti45型红外热成像仪对设备进行专业点检,获得日常生产中设备的关键部位的温度及温升情况,制定相应的点检标准,以提高对设备的在线检测、诊断的技术水平,确保设备的安全、高效经济运行。
Based on the advantages of the infrared thermal imagesystem technology such Non-contact and Visualization, the Fluke Ti45 IR FlexCam Thermal Imager have been used in the equipment＇s Plant Checking. The temperature data and temperature changes data at the keys of the equipments can be accessed by usually Plant Checking. And Corresponding standards of Plant Checking can be made by the members of Plant Checking, to improve the equipments on-line diagnosis technical level and ensures the equipment＇s operation in the Good condition.
