摘要
本文分析了纱线毛羽的产生及其危害,在研究与分析减少毛羽的机理即假捻-解捻-包缠及纱线减羽过程的基础上,以喷气纺纱喷嘴的结构参数为依据,选择喷嘴的喷孔直径、纱道直径、气压等参数设计并加工喷嘴,安装于SAV IO自动络筒机上用于纱线毛羽的控制.通过实验证明:经过喷嘴络筒,纱线表面毛羽能显著降低而强力反而有所增加,达到预期目标.
The generation and harmfulness of yarn hairiness are analyzed in this paper. Researching and analyzing principles of false twisting and wrapping,a brand-new vortex nozzle that takes the mechanism of air-jet as an example is designed and attached into SAVIO winder so as to reduce the yarn hairiness. The experiment approve that the yarn hairiness will be reduced efficiently and the strength will be increased after vortex-nozzle.
