摘要
热处理炉窑原设计炉门横梁采用45#厚壁管U型结构,通水进行冷却。但在生产使用中发现水冷梁易发生漏水坍塌事故,造成被迫停炉,既影响生产又使消耗升高。将传统的水冷结构改为无水冷梁结构,既能提高热处理炉窑生产效率和运行周期,又能降低消耗节约成本。
U type thick wall pipe structure of 45 # steel has been used on originally designed water cooled top frame of heat treatment furnace door for a long time. During operation, collapse often occurred due to leakage on water cooled top frame of the furnace door, resulting in furnace shut down, which not only affected production , but also increased the consumption. Changing conventional water cooled door frame structure into non water cooled one can improve the production efficiency and operation cycle , reduce consumption and costs.
