摘要
介绍了利用济钢中厚板生产线现有的工艺装备,通过合理设计化学成分、轧制工艺和冷却工艺,成功开发X60管线钢板;对X60管线钢板生产工艺、实物质量等进行了分析,结果表明济钢生产X60管线钢板的成分、性能完全达到了标准要求,质量稳定。
It is introduced in the paper how the X60 pipeline steel plate have been successfully developed on the existing technological equipment of medium plate production line in No. 3 Steehnaking Plant of Jinan Iron and Steal Group Corporation by adopting rationally designed chemical analysis, roiling process and coding process. The production process and actual product quality of X60 pipeline steel plate have been analyzed. The research result shows that the chemical composition and properties of X60 pipeline steel plate produced by the company have all met the standard requirements and are of stable quality.
