摘要 VRLA蓄电池又称"免维护"蓄电池,目前已经在电信行业得到广泛应用。VRLA蓄电池失效或者VRLA蓄电池寿命提前终止是VRLA蓄电池厂家和最终用户都非常关注的问题。目前公认的有效测量VRLA蓄电池容量的方法只有"深度放电恒流控制测试法",但是该方法费时费力,实时性较差。目前的动力环境集中监控系统已经可以有效地记录VRLA蓄电池的运行环境,以此为基础,给出了一种智能分析与人工测试相结合的方法,用VRLA蓄电池的实际使用环境与厂家推荐最佳使用环境的差异作为评估蓄电池容量的标准:差异大,容量损失也大,容量测试的必要性也大,从而提高VRLA蓄电池容量测试的针对性和有效性。此外,借助该方法,用户还可以有效改进VRLA蓄电池的使用环境,从而延长VRLA蓄电池的实际使用寿命。 VRLA battery, also known as "maintenance-free" battery, is widely applied in the telecommunications industry. The manufacturers and users are extremely concerned about its failure and early-termination of lifetime. The method commonly accepted now is "Constant Current Deep Discharge Testing Method". But this method is not only time- consuming but also non-real-time. Meanwhile, the power and environment supervision system can store all runtime data about VRLA battery. With its help, this article gives a method which combines manual testing with intelligent analysis and takea the deviation between running environment and best environment suggested by the battery manufacturer as the capacity assessment. The rule is simple: more deviation means more losses of capacity and requires more manual testing. It will improve the relevance and effectiveness of manual testing. In addition, with using this method, the user can effectively improve the VRLA battery environment and its lifetime.
