摘要
目的：了解广东地区医院的用药现状及趋势。方法：对广东地区62家医院2005-2007年的用药数据，包括药品名称、规格、数量、销售金额、制药企业等进行统计、分析。结果：2006、2007年药品销售金额增长率分别为15．1％、42．4％；14大类药品销售金额排序稍有变化，抗感染药、心血管系统药、抗恶性肿瘤药、消化系统药等应用较稳定；销售金额排序列前15位的药品占药品总销售金额的比例较大；销售金额排序列前15位的制药企业平均约占总销售金额的23．3％。结论：广东地区药品销售金额逐年增长，且增幅较快；销售金额排序列前15位的药品中抗感染药较多；销售金额排序列前15位的制药企业相对稳定，其中进口企业较少，合资企业居多。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the drug utilization and its development trend in hospitals of Guangdong Province. METHODS： The drug utilization data including drug name, specification, consumption sum and quantity, as well as the pharmaceutical manufacturers etc of drugs purchased by 62 hospitals of Guangdong Province during the period 2005--2007 was collected and analyzed. RESULTS： The drug consumption sum increased by 15.1% in 2006 and 42.4% in 2007. There were changes in the sequence of the 14 categories on the consumption sum list, but the consumption sequence of anti - infective drugs, drugs for cardiovascular and digestive systems remained stable. The top 15 drugs took a big share in respect of con- sumption sum. The sales volume of top 15 pharmaceutical manufacturers accounted for 23.3% of the total. CONCLUSION： The sales volume of drugs has witnessed a rapid year - on - year increase. Anti - Infective drugs took a big proportion among the first 15 drugs on the list of consumption sum. The sequence of top 15 pharmaceutical manufacturers on the list of consumption sum remain comparative stable, of which, most were from join ventures.
