姜黄素对单纯性肥胖大鼠模型血清胰岛素、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子α的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察姜黄素对单纯性肥胖大鼠模型血清胰岛素(INS)、瘦素(Leptin)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:将32只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、高脂饲料+姜黄素组,基础饲料+姜黄素组,模型组。对照组喂饲基础饲料,高脂饲料+姜黄素组喂饲高脂饲料和姜黄素;基础饲料+姜黄素组喂饲基础饲料和姜黄素;模型组喂饲高脂饲料。分别于给予姜黄素0周和四周后测定胰岛素、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)。并测定肾周脂肪重量,用组织病理及透射电镜观察脂肪组织结构的变化。结果:①胰岛素与瘦素:造模成功时,基础饲料+姜黄素组与对照组胰岛素与瘦素水平均无明显差异(P>0.05),高脂饲料+姜黄素组及模型组与对照组比较均显著升高,给予姜黄素四周后,高脂饲料+姜黄素组与模型组比较明显降低(P<0.01);②肿瘤坏死因子α:模型建立成功时及给予姜黄素四周后,高脂饲料+姜黄素组与模型组肿瘤坏死因子α水平比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),③姜黄素可显著降低肥胖模型动物体脂(p<0.05);④微观结构观察显示,给予姜黄素后,脂肪细胞的体积明显减小,核膜、细胞间质等脂肪含量明显减少。结论:①姜黄素可以降低大鼠血清胰岛素和瘦素浓度;②姜黄素可以抑制脂肪组织分泌肿瘤坏死因子α;③姜黄素可能是通过多种途径和机制达到减少脂肪细胞中脂肪含量,降低体内脂肪水平的。
