摘要
基于斯特林制冷循环在环保方面的优点,对一种应用于家用和商用冰箱的整体式斯特林制冷机进行了实验研究.该制冷机由一个膨胀气缸、一个压缩气缸和回热器构成,膨胀活塞和压缩活塞以V型分布并由同一个曲柄连杆机构驱动,制冷端连接到膨胀气缸并向外部提供冷量.研究表明:当整体式斯特林循环制冷机应用于普冷和冰箱领域时,各种结构间存在着最优匹配;3种回热器结构中长度为60 mm、直径为50 mm的系统性能最优;对于不同的回热器,其工质氮气和氦气的最佳充气压力不同,在长度为60 mm、直径为50 mm的结构中,以氮气和氦气为工质的最佳充气压力分别为1 MPa和1.3 MPa,当转速分别为500~700 r/min(氮气)和800~1 000 r/min(氦气)时,制冷量和性能系数最优.
A V-type integral Stirling-cycle refrigerator (VISR) was developed, which consists of an expansion cylinder, a compression cylinder and a regenerator. The expansion piston and the compression piston are V-shaped and driven by a crank-connecting rod mechanism. A cold head is connected to the expansion cylinder and provides cooling capacity. The results show that the regenerator must match the configuration and dimension of the compression and expansion cylinders and the cooler. Among the three regenerators tested, the regenerator with a length of 60 mm and a diameter of 50 mm has optimal cooling capacity. Its optimal charge pressure is 1 MPa for nitrogen and 1. 3 MPa for helium, respectively. In addition, the COP of the refrigerator has a peak value in the range of 500-700 r/min for nitrogen and in the range of 800-1 000 r/min for helium.
