摘要
针对现代胶印机输墨系统,着重从传墨形式角度,以稳定时间为评价指标,通过对输墨系统的离散化处理,建立了求解间歇式供墨和连续式供墨的稳定时间的数学模型,对供墨系统的性能进行仿真分析与研究。仿真结果表明,系统的稳定时间随着供墨方式和图文覆盖率的不同而变化。
With an aim at the ink transler system oi mouem offset press, the maths model for calculating the steady time of batch ink feeding system and continuous ink feeding system is established mainly from an angle of ink transfer pattern, with steady time as the evaluation index and via the treatment of discretization of ink transfer system. The simulation analysis and study can be made of ink feeding system performances. The simulation results indicate that the steady time of the system can vary with the ink feeding nattern and image coverage rate.
