摘要
在切削加工过程中,切削温度是影响被加工工件的表面质量和刀具磨损的重要因素,因此对切削温度的研究有着重要意义。以人工热电偶为温度传感器,设计了热电偶的安装方法和以P87LPC768为核心,以串口为通讯方式的数据采集硬件电路,该电路对K型热电偶有冷端补偿功能。并利用LabVIEW提供的VISA接口,开发了用于实验室的切削温度实验数据采集的虚拟仪器,实现了对切削温度的在线测量和实时显示。
Cutting temperature has direct influences on tool wear and the quality of workpiece surface. Therefore it is important to do researches on the cutting temperature. Artificial thermocouple was used as the temperature sensor, a new method was designed to fix the sensor to the assemble tool. A hardware circuit was designed which include the cold junction compensation for type K thermocouple, and the P87LPC768 was the centre and the serial port was the communication method. With the help of VISA, a virtual instrument of cutting temperature data acauisition was developed, and the data can be measured on-line and displayed in time.
