摘要
刘建华教授从事中医、中西医结合临床及科研工作30余年,积累了丰富的医疗经验。尤其在诊治放射性肠炎方面多有独到之处,认为热毒蕴结、脾胃受损是其主要病机,立法常以健脾益气、清热解毒为基础,并加以灵活辨证论治,临床每每取得满意疗效。
Professor LIU Jian-hua＇s had worked for 30 years engaged in clinic of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional and western medicine, scientific research, he has redundant medical expertise, especially on radiation enterocolitis, he consider the main pathogenesis are collection of toxic heat, damage of spleen and stomach, the treatment methods are invigorating the spleen and benefiting vital energy, clearing away the heat - evil and expelling superficial e- vils ,simultaneously, active determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs is necessary, in clinic, therapeutic effect of the methods was generally satisfactory.
