摘要
对来自不同产地、不同寄主的Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ杨树溃疡病菌三菌系的酯酶同工酶、可溶性蛋白质以及致病性进行了分析测定，根据实验结果初步将这三个菌系分为两个不同的生理型，Ａ、Ｃ两菌系属同一生理型，Ｂ菌系属另一生理型。
The paper studied on esterase isozymes,soluble protein and pathogenicity of three Dothiorella gregaria strains from different regions and poplars .The results showed that three strains could be divided tentatively into two physiologic forms:strains A and C were the same form ,and B belonged to another.Inoculating poplars in the field and their callus against three strains showed that the pathogenicity of strain C was the most powerful among them.
