摘要
长7.6km的苍岭隧道为台金高速公路全线重点控制性工程。在这样长的隧道中如采用热拌沥青混合料施工,由于隧道空间相对封闭,热拌沥青混合料所释放出的热量和有害气体不能很快排走,使得现场施工环境恶劣,严重影响现场施工设备的正常运转以及施工人员的身体健康。为此在苍岭隧道选取1km采用温拌沥青混合料(WMA)进行施工,并对WMA进行了配合比设计、混合料性能验证、有害气体排放量检测以及路面质量检测。通过与热拌沥青混合料对比,显示了WMA用于隧道施工时在热量释放、有害气体排放以及能源节约等方面的优势。
Cangling Tunnel which is 7.6 kilometers long is the control project of Taijin highway. If we adopt hot-mix asphalt to construct the asphalt pavement of the tunnel, the heat and harmful gas exhausted by hot-mix asphalt can not be dissipated quickly, so the environment in the tunnel is very uncomfortable, this will affect the construction equipments continuous work and the builders health. In Cangling tunnel construction, warm-mix asphalt is used in one kilometer asphalt pavement. This paper introduces the mix design of warm-mix asphalt, performance validation of the warm-mix asphalt, harmful gas examination and asphalt pavement quality checking. Through comparing with hot-mix asphalt, this paper emphasizes the advantage of warm-mix asphalt on heat, harmful gas exhausting and energy economizing.
