摘要
在接种高转移性人肺腺癌细胞株的裸鼠膳食中分别加入８种脂肪酸，即分成８个实验组，另设对照组（ｎ＝６）。饲养３０天后处死，观察转移率和转移特征。结果表明，多数组，特别是不饱合脂肪酸组对肿瘤转移率无明显影响，转移率均在９０％以上，仅Ｃ１６∶０的转移率为５０％，同对照组相比差异显著。
This paper reported that eight fatty acids were added into the foods of nude mouse with high metastatic human lung adenocarcinoma respectively.8 experimental groups were divided except control group.After 30 days,the experimental aminals were killed and the metastatic rate and the metastatic character were observed in the lung.Some fatty acids,especially the unsaturated fatty acids,were no effect on metastatic rate and it was about 90%～100%.Only C 16∶0 had significant difference,it’s metastatic rate was 50%.
