摘要
用3H-TdR掺入法,观察了经抗γδ+T细胞的单抗处理和H37Rv免疫的C57BL/6小鼠淋巴细胞体外对MPT59刺激的增殖反应。结果显示,去除γδ+T细胞不能阻止该淋巴细胞的增殖。FACScan分析表明,被MPT59刺激增殖的T细胞31%为Vβ11+T细胞,其明显高于非刺激组和DNP-KLH刺激组。MPT59以Vβ11为主要方式刺激T细胞增殖,提示它可能是结核杆菌分泌的一种超抗原。
With the method of 3 H TdR incorporation,the proliferative response of lymphocytes from the mice treated with anti γδ +T cell mAb and immunized with H37Rv strain to MPT59 were observed in vitro .The results showed deletion of γδ +T cell could not block the proliferation of the lymphocytes.With analysis of flow cytometer,it was found that 31% of the proliferative T cells stimulated by MPT59 was Vβ11 +T cells,which was obviously higher than those of the unstimulated group and DNP KLH stimulated group.MPT59 stimulating the T cell proliferation in a Vβ 11 specific manner suggests that it may be a superantigen secreted by M.tuberculosis.
