摘要
随着我国经济的发展,停车问题已成为困扰城市发展的瓶颈,停车位权的归属也成为各方争论的焦点。虽然物权法的出台对车库、车位权属问题进行了界定,但没有相应的实施细则,在实践过程中很难操作,因而并没有改变停车位权属不明确的状况、没有彻底解决因停车而带来的纠纷。文章针对这些问题,分析了物权法对停车纠纷带来的新的困境,并提出了相应的解决对策。
With our country＇s economic development, the parking brings about more and more dissension and becomes the barrier of transportation management. It is the focus that which side owns the parking space. The Property Law defined the power of the parking space but doesnt illustrate the detail which is the gist of dealing with the dissension. In accordance with the problems, this paper analyses the shortage of the Property Law, and proposed some suggestions.
