摘要
目的探讨静息心电图持续性ST段水平下移与心肌缺血的关系。方法对86例已行选择性冠状动脉造影术并心电图持续性ST段水平下移改变的患者进行回顾性分析。结果25例(29%)造影发现有冠状动脉狭窄。结论静息心电图持续性ST段水平下移不是心肌缺血的特异性改变,绝大多数(71%)并非由冠状动脉狭窄引起,应努力寻找其他原因。
[Objective] To explore the relation between persistent horizontal depression of ST segment and myocardial ischemia on resting electrocardiography. [Method] Retrospective analysis of 86 cases of selective coronary radiography combined with persistent horizontal depression of ST segment. [Result] There were 25 cases （29%）of narrowed coronary arteries showed under radiography. [Conclusion] Persistent horizontal depression of ST segment is not the special change of myocardial ischemina. Most （71%） of them are not caused by narrowed coronary arteries. We should make more efforts to discover the other reasons.
