摘要
在环境生物样品γ谱分析中,往往要对样品进行炭化灰化预处理,但这种预处理十分费力、费时,而且可能引起核素损失。马林杯干样分析的预处理操作简便、温度低、流程短。本文用马林杯干样分析和圆柱形盒灰样分析方法对大米、青菜、茶叶、松针等样品中的238U、226Ra、232Th、40K和137Cs含量进行了比较测量,结果表明,在环境监测中,对这些生物样品采用马林杯干样分析方法是可行的。
In γ spectrum analysis of environmental biological samples,it is a hard and time consuming work to pretreat the environmental biological samples into ashes,and may decreases their nuclide contents; but the dry sample pretreatment in Marinelli beaker only needs a lower temperature, shorter time and a simple process. Comparison of analytical methods using the dry sample in Marinelli beaker and the ash sample in sylinder case shows that the former method is useful in the environmental monitoring.
