摘要
中国原子能科学研究院周围植物叶上发现131I含量超标后,通过实验找出超排原因是131I生产过程中控制不够严格造成的。故提出了改进生产工艺、废液贮存后排出及安装活性碳过滤器等控制131I排放量的措施。对这些措施进行代价-利益分析后,付诸实施。对治理后7年(1982—1988)的运行过程进行监测,结果表明,这些措施有效地控制了131I排放,在131I生产量不断增加的情况下,使年均总排放量降低17倍,充分证明这些措施符合辐射防护最优化的原则。
I quantity in/on the leaves of plants around CIAE was found exceeding the GB 54 81 limit in 1979, so experiments are performed to investigate the causes and some measures for reducing 131 I release are suggested, such as improving the production process, adopting a high level 131 I liquid waste small storage tank at site for delay release, and installing a small charcoal fillter in the off gas discharge pipe of the 131 I production shop. The cost for these measures are analysed. The 7 year operating results indicate that the release quantity of 131 I has been effectively reduced to 18% of the GB 54 81 limit, although the total 131 I production is on the increase year by year. It is concluded that these measures meet well the ALARA rule.
