CrN涂层的制备和对Ti22Al26Nb合金在空气中900℃下的高温防护 被引量:3

Preparation and High Temperature Protection of CrN Coating on Ti22Al26Nb Alloy in Air at 900 ℃

摘要 采用电弧离子镀技术在基体Ti22Al26Nb合金表面制备了CrN涂层,涂层主要由CrN和少量的Cr2N构成,涂层表面和截面均无孔洞和裂纹且与基体合金结合良好.900℃空气中恒温氧化试验表明,CrN涂层表面形成了单一、致密、保护性的Cr2O3氧化膜,从而对基体钛合金起到了良好的保护作用. CrN coating on Ti22Al26Nb alloy was prepared by arc on plating. The coating with free pores and cracks is composed of CrN and small quantity of Cr2N, which bond tightly with the substrate alloy. In isothermal oxidation experiments in air at 900 ℃, it was showed that the coating exhibited excellent oxidation resistance because a single, compact, protectiveness chromia was formed on the surface of coating during oxidation process, which prevent the coating from severe oxidation, therefore, the substrate alloy achieves good high temperature protection by coating.
