摘要
在总结和借鉴国内外已有转型经验的基础上,以辽宁省为例,对我国资源型城市的经济转型提出了改善宏观调控,调整产业结构,深化对外开放的系统对策建议。
This paper takes Liao Ning province as an example and puts forward a suggestion to the economic transformation of our resource--depleting cities, based on lessons from the experiences at home and abroad.
