摘要
目的:了解南宁市孕妇的生殖健康状况以及需求。方法:采取一对一的方法对501例孕18周内的孕妇进行生殖健康方面的询问调查并应用SPSS10.0分析软件进行统计分析。结果:妊娠年龄25～岁组占50.1%,30～岁组占30.1%,平均妊娠次数(2.15±1.14)次/人;不同年龄和妊娠经历的孕妇对末次妊娠意愿、末次妊娠前避孕方式、孕期健康知识知晓率以及孕前或孕早期健康体检间均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:妇女妊娠年龄呈增大趋势,非意愿妊娠率高,计划妊娠率低,孕前及孕早期健康体检率低。应重视和加强孕前及孕早期的健康咨询,降低非意愿妊娠率,提高孕前及孕早期健康体检率。
Objective： To comprehend reproductive health status of pregnant women in Nanning city and their requirement. Methods： A total number of 501 pregnant women within 18 gestational weeks were inquired face to face, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS analysis software. Results： The rate of gestational ages in 25 - age group, 30 - age group were 50. 1% and 30. 1% respectively. The average pregnancy times was 2. 15 ± 1. 14. There were significant differences in pregnancy will, selecting of contraception method, understanding of health knowledge and whether had performed health examination in progestation or earlier period of gestation with different ages and pregnant experiences. Conclusion： The gestational age has an increasing tendency, the rate of unwanted pregnancy is high, that of planed pregnancy and health examination in progestation or earlier period of gestation are low. The health inquiry in progestation or earlier period of gestation should be emphased, the rate of unwanted pregnancy shoule be lowered, and the rate of health examination in progestation or earlier period of gestation should be elevated.
