摘要
用热引发水溶液聚合法制备了聚乙二醇/聚丙烯酸共混水凝胶。研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)分子量、反应时间、引发剂含量对反应转化率的影响,并对其进行了溶胀度、DSC等的表征。结果表明随着PEG分子量的增加其转化率逐渐增大,随着反应时间的增加,凝胶转化率增大,当反应进行到5 h时,转化率基本不变,当PEG和AA的含量一定时,凝胶转化率随引发剂含量的增加而增大,当引发剂含量为PEG和AA总量的0.5%左右时,凝胶转化率最大。
A blend hydrogel of polyethylene glycol(PEG)/polyacrylic acid(PAA) was prepared by thermal initiation reaction in this paper. The effect of PEG' s molecular weight, reaction time and initiator content were studied. The structure of the hydrogels, their gel content and swelling ratio etc. were characterized by DSC. The results showed that the conversion rate increased with the increasement of the molecular weight of PEG. With the increase of reaction time, gel conversion rate increased, and when the time was 5 h, conversion rate basically did not change. The conversion rate also depended on the concentration of initiator. When the initiator content of PEG and AA total were about 0.5 %, the maximum conversion rate of gel was obtained.
