摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,硝酸铈为铈源,硅酸钠为硅源,采用水热合成法制备了MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41介孔分子筛,并用XRD、IR方法对样品进行了表征。在常温常压下,研究了纯硅MCM-41和不同铈含量的Ce-MCM-41作为吸附剂对模拟燃料以及真实FCC汽油的脱硫性能。结果表明,纯硅MCM-41对模拟燃料中噻吩的吸附脱硫率效果较差。Ce-MCM-41的脱硫率随着吸附剂中铈含量的增加而显著提高。噻吩吸附容量的提高与Ce-MCM-41的Lewis酸的酸强度及酸密度有直接关系。但在对FCC汽油的吸附脱硫试验中,吸附脱硫效果不佳。
The mesoporous molecular sieve Ce-MCM-41 was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method with cetyltrimethy lammonium bromide (CTMABr) as template, Na2SiO3 as silica source and Cerium(Ⅲ) nitrate as metal source, and characterized by XRD, IR. On ambient conditions, desulfurization of model fuel and FCC gasoline were studied on the MCM-41 and Ce-MCM-41. The results expatiated that the removal by MCM-41 without Al in the framework was minor. The sulfur removal of the Ce-MCM-41 increased with the incorporation of Ce into the framework. Moreover, the increase of adsorption capacity of thiophene was much relative with the strength and density of Lewis acid. Desulfurization of FCC gasoline by using Ce-MCM-41 was not effective.
