摘要
为了对船舶碰撞事故进行过程再现,基于船舶操纵模拟器技术提出了一种船舶碰撞过程动态仿真系统的设计方案,并对系统结构、关键技术和动态仿真的研究步骤进行了详细的论述,最后应用所开发的系统对发生在长江口北槽航道的一起碰撞事故进行了动态仿真和分析.该系统的研究与应用可为海上安全主管机关调查和处理船舶碰撞事故提供一种新的途径.
A dynamic simulation system for vessel's collision process based on the technology of ship handling simulator is presented, and then the framework and key technologies of the system and the procedure of dynamic simulation are expounded. The system is then applied to reproduce an accident of collision, which occurred in the north fairway at the mouth of Yangzi River. The study of the system and its application may offer authorities of maritime safety a new approach to investigating and analyzing the accidents of vessel's collision.
