摘要
以斐济的三水铝石型铝土矿洗矿精矿为原料,ZYY作为捕收剂,碳酸钠和六偏磷酸钠作调整剂,通过磨矿细度、捕收剂和调整剂用量等多因素条件试验,探讨正浮选方法提高三水铝石铝硅比的影响因素和适宜工艺条件。试验结果表明,当磨矿细度86%-200目时,pH值为9.5,六偏磷酸钠80g/t,捕收剂用量1200 g/t,精矿的铝硅比9.06,回收率76.79%。
The flotation experiments of washing concentration of Fijian gibbsite ore were conducted using ZYY as the collectors, sodium carbonate and sodium hexametaphosphate as the regulators. Through the conditional experiments of multi - factors such as grinding fineness, collector and regulator dosage, the factors influencing the improvement of the silicon-aluminum ratio of gibbsite and the suitable flotation conditions were investigated. The experiment results show that a flotation concentrate having a recovery of 76.79 96 and an alumina to silicon ratio of 9.06 could be obtained at a grinding fineness of 8696 - 200 mesh, the pH value at 9.5, sodium hexametaphate dosage of 80g/t, collector dosage of 1200g/t.
