摘要
民主政治、和谐政治和合作政治构成了有中国特色社会主义政治发展之三大目标。它们互为前提与结果。民主政治是和谐政治的要求和目标,也是和谐政治的基础和保障,而和谐政治的建构既需要民主政治的发展,也有助于民主政治的发展。从政治发展的角度来看,有中国特色社会主义政治应该是多元一体:在中国共产党的领导之下,参与政治生活的各社会群体、政党和阶层能够合作,从而减少冲突,实现和谐和民主。
This article discusses the targets of China’s political development with Chinese Socialist characteristics, arguing that democratic politics, harmonious politics, and cooperative politics are the main three targets of China’s political development. It then examines in detail the contents of democratic politics, harmonious politics, and cooperative politics respectively. It analyzes the relationship among these three kinds of politics: democratic politics is the requirement and base, and guarantee of harmonious politics, while harmonious politics can redound to the construction of democratic politics; under the Chinese Communist Party’s leadership, the cooperation among social groups, political parties, and strata can reduce social conflicts and then realize social harmony and democracy in China.
