摘要
针对马头发电厂6号锅炉高温再热器联箱管排角焊缝频繁泄漏现象,通过对系统动态测试,并从设计、结构、力学、运行等方面对原设计工况进行复核计算,找出症结后,对高温再热器系统进行改造,改造后效果良好。
According to the problems of corner joint leakage of high temperature reheater header in 6th boiler of Matou Power Plant, after the causes are founded through system dynamic testing and checking of original design operation situation from the aspets of design, structure mechanics and operation,the high temperature reheater is retrofitted, and the effect is well.
