摘要 [目的]为野生马齿苋资源的开发利用提供依据。[方法]采用原子吸收光谱法测定马齿苋样品中Zn、Pb、Fe、Cu、Mg、Cr、Mn、Cd等微量元素的含量。[结果]8种马齿苋中成药中含有多种微量元素,Mg以及对人体有益的微量元素Fe、Cu、Mn、Cr和Zn的含量丰富。其中,治感冒、咳嗽类药物含有较多Cu和Zn,治疗糖尿病类药物中Mn含量比其他类药物高;同时,马齿苋也有一定含量对人体有害元素Cd和Pb,但均远低于国家标准。[结论]马齿苋具有较好的预防疾病和康复保健作用,是具有较高开发价值的药用和食用植物。 [Objective ] The research aimed to provide basis for the development and utilization of wild Portulaca oleracea resources. [ Method] The contents of mieroelements such as Zn, Pb, Fe, Cu, Mg, Cr, Mn and Cd in P. oleracea were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Result ] There were many kinds of microelements in 8 kinds of Chinese patent medicine of P. oleracea, The content of Mg, the beneficial microelements Fe, Cu, Mn, Cr and Zn to human body were abundant. Among them, more Cu and Zn in the drug for treating common cold and cough, and Mn content in the drugs of treating diabetes was higher than that in other drugs. Meanwhile, there were certain content of harmful elements Cd and Pb, but their contents were both greatly lower than the national standards. [ Conclusion] P. oleracea had better effect of preventing diseases and rehabilitation health care. So it was a kind of medicinal and food plant with higher development value.
