摘要
用不饱和聚酯(UPR)和Al_2O_3微细粉悬浮聚合法制备了UPR/Al_2O_3复合微粒,研究了两种粒径的Al_2O_3粉料在制备过程中对UPR/Al_2O_3复合微粒密度和硬度的影响。结果表明:悬浮聚合法能制备出圆整光滑的UPR/Al_2O_3复合微粒,且粒径在140~250μm之间的收率达到60%~75%;Al_2O_3能有效地增加复合微粒的密度和硬度,当Al_2O_3用量相同时,超细级粒径粉料的Al_2O_3增密和增硬效果较纳米级粒径粉料好;Al_2O_3质量分数为55%时,用两种粉料增强的复合微粒的硬度分别达到最大值39.42 HV和25.66 HV。
UPR/Al2O3 composite particles were synthesized from unsaturated polyester (UPR) and nano-meter/ultrafine Al2O3 by means of suspension polymerization. The effects of Al2O3 with two different particle diameters on the density and hardness of the composite particles during the synthesis were studied. The results showed UPR/Al2O3 composite particles synthesized by suspension polymerization were spherical, smooth, with a yield of 60 - 75% (wt), and the particle diameters were 140 - 250 μm; Al2O3 could! effectively improve the density and hardness of the composite particles; when the content of Al2O3 was the same, effect of ultrafine Al2O3 on the density and hardness of the composite particles was better than that of nano-meter Al2O3 ; when the mass fraction of Al2O3 was 55%, the maximum hardness of ultrafine Al2O3 composite particles and nano-meter Al2O3 composite particles were 39.42 HV and 25:66 HV respectively.
