叙述了可控管理型全院电子病历系统的总体设计要点、创新和实际应用。该系统在实现电子病历基本功能的基础上,紧密结合临床医疗、教学科研及"以病人为中心,以提高医疗服务质量为主题"的需求,通过设置灵活的控制点实现多级管理。
It states the general design points, innovation and practical application of hospital＇s controllable electronic medical record system of management type. Based on the realization of electronic medical record＇s basic function, this system closely combines the clinical medical treatment, teaching and research, as well as the demand of “Regarding patient as center and taking improvement of medical service quality as theme”, to achieve multi-level management by setting up flexible control points.
