PPH治疗直肠黏膜脱垂36例分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨PPH治疗直肠黏膜脱垂的临床应用价值。方法:采用常州智业肛肠吻合器(GHY-34)对36例直肠黏膜脱垂患者进行手术治疗。结果:其中早期10例采用单荷包缝合,有1例复发;后期26例均采用双荷包缝合,无复发。结论:PPH治疗直肠黏膜脱垂在于消除直肠下段松弛的黏膜,切除黏膜宽度太窄可导致复发,双荷包缝合可控制切除黏膜宽度,较好的解决了术后复发的问题。
