摘要
本文以某医院1995年15种疾病的住院病例为研究样本,将病情及有关社会学因素作为外生变量,住院天数和住院费用为内生变量,针对单病种建立住院费用分析的递归系统模型,对住院费用的直接影响、间接影响及总影响进行了多因素分析.研究结果表明,不同病种的疾病特征不同,导致费用差异较大;许多外生变量对住院费用的影响是通过住院天数间接产生的,不只限于直接效应.
This article set up recursive structure model on hospitalization cost of specified disease and analyzedmultifactors which had direct effect, indirect effect and total effect on hospitalization cost on the groundthat disease situation and social factors were exogenous variables and hospitalization day and cost were endogenous variables. The results show that the difference of disease characteristics on different diseasetype resulted in big difference of hospitalization cost and many exogenous variables not only have directeffect on hospitalization cost but have indirect effect on it via hospitalization days.
