摘要
在尸解时偶然发现一例肺动脉瓣乳头状瘤。心脏乳头状瘤罕见，通常在心瓣膜和心内膜壁上见到，大多数病例患有严重的心脏病。光镜显示分化好的乳头状分枝，乳头轴心含致密的玻变纤维和层状的弹力纤维，其上被复一层扁平的内皮细胞。肿瘤的乳头构型可能系血流紊乱的结果。其起源究竟属错构瘤性、先天性或血栓源性，尚未定论。
A pulmonic valve cardiac papilloma was found by incidental autopsy findings.Papillary tumors of the heart are rare.The lesions usually found on heart valves,and occasinally on mural endocardium.The most cases have suffered from significant cardic disease.Light microscopy showed well-formed papillary fronds containing a dense hyaline and laminated elastic fibers core and lined by a uniform flattend layer of endothelium.The tumor's Papillary configuration was thought to be the result of molding by the turbulent blood flow.The hamartomatus theory of origin,congenital origin or thrombogenic origins have not been confirmed.
