查耳酮类化合物是合成黄酮类化合物重要的中间体,具有重要的药理作用。研究了在稀碱催化下邻羟基苯乙酮和苯甲醛在乙醇溶液中的羟醛缩合反应,溶剂可以循环使用,适合工业化生产。
Chalcon is an important intermediate for synthesizing flavons, and has been associated with a wide variety of pharmaceutical activities. In the presence of ethanol, the condensation of 2-hydroxyl acetophenone and benzadehyde was catalyzed by a dilute sodium hydroxide solution with good yields under mild condition. Also, the ethanol solvent could be recycled. This route is suitable for commercial production.
