基于经验模态分解的火电机组热力参数滤波处理 被引量:8

摘要 火电机组性能在线监测结果波动大使运行参数或设备性能状况发生改变引起的机组性能变化的真实信号淹没在诸多噪声之中,以致无法得到正确的分析结果。对此,利用经验模态分解的多尺度滤波特性对机组热力参数进行了滤波处理,用处理过的数据计算机组热耗率,使波动问题得到了明显改善,波动幅度由2.5%降为0.3%,准确反映了热耗率随负荷的变化趋势。 The fluctuation of on - line performance monitoring results is very large, this problem must be overcome in the technology of units' performance monitoring and diagnosis. The real signal of units' performance variation resulting from variation of operating parameters and equipment performance is drowned in many noises, leading to correct analysis results being unable to be obtained. For this,the units' thermodynamic parameters have been filtered by using the multiscale filtering character of the empirical mode decomposition. The fluctuation of units' heat consumption rate calculated by using the filtered data has been apparently improved,the fluctuation range being decreased from 2.5% to 0.3% ,and the result correctly reflecting the trend of heat consumption rate variation along with the load.
