摘要
进入新世纪,面对我国加入WTO后市场竞争加剧和市场竞争转向技术竞争的新形势,湖州市中小企业的素质性、结构性矛盾日渐显现。因而,研究如何促进中小企业技术创新发展,提高其技术创新能力和竞争实力,就成为促进湖州市经济快速增长和实现跨越式发展的一个重要课题。文章剖析了湖州市中小企业技术创新过程中存在的问题,并在实证分析的基础上,分别从中小企业自身和政府两个角度提出了促进湖州市中小企业技术创新的对策,期望对湖州市中小企业技术创新有所启示。
After the access to the new century and WTO, facing the new situation of intensifying market competition, which is changing from market competition to technical competition, the contradiction between quality and structure is getting more and more obvious. Therefore, the research on how to promote the development of technical innovation in Huzhou＇s medium and small -typed enterprises and improve their strength of innovation and competition has become an important topic for the city to accelerate its economy and realize its fast development. This paper analyzes the problems which remain in the process of technical innovation. On the base of the substantial study, it puts forward some countermeasures respectively from the angles of the enterprises and the government to bring about a great advance of the technical innovation, expecting to be the enlightenment to these enterprises.
