摘要
阐明了安全意识的涵义、特征及属性；论述了安全意识的产生、发展及作用；研究了职工在劳动生产中应具有的安全意识和提高其安全意识的基本途径；指出了提高全民安全意识是安全文化建设的最高宗旨。
The connotation,features and attribute of the safety consciousness are described. Its evolution and development,and its function are discussed. The consciousness which the working staffsshould have is put forward. The essential way of raising the consciousness is indicated. Finally,theauthor suggests that raising the level of safety consciousness of all people is the utmost goal forthe construction of the safety culture.
