摘要 知识创新既是创造新价值的最根本途径,也是产生和维持供应链竞争优势最为可行的战略。在分析供应链协同的研究现状基础上,分析了互惠合作是供应链成员协同创新的前提,阐述了供应链协同知识创新的含义及其特性,提出了供应链协同知识创新的4个基本前提;针对供应链协同知识创新中的两个基本博弈,通过对供应链成员参与共享知识库建设的博弈分析,提出了成员参与共享知识库建设的激励机制设计策略;通过对供应链成员在合作创新中"搭便车"行为的演化博弈分析,提出了限制供应链成员在知识创新合作中"搭便车"的激励机制的设计策略。 Knowledge innovation is the ultimate approach to create new value as well as the feasible strategy to maintain competitive advantage of the supply chain. This paper analyze reciprocity is the precondition of synergy innovation in the supply chain. Then the meaning and the characteristics of knowledge innovation in the supply chain is explained, and four presuppositions to study knowledge innovation in the supply chain are proposed, Through the gaming analyzing of the members' in the supply chain participation in building the public innovation platform, the tactics for the design of incentive mechanism used for the involvement in the construction of the public innovation platform are put forward. And the tactics for the design of incentive mechanism used for limiting the members in the supply chain to shrink in the collaboration of knowledge innovation are advanced, by the evolutionary gaming analyzing of the members' in the supply chain shrinking in the cooperation of the knowledge innovation. The aim of the paper is to design feasible incentive mechanism, so that the whole benefit from knowledge innovation in the supply chain can be obtained.
